For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as an entertainment journalist, sharing stories and covering unforgettable moments. It’s been an incredible career, but deep down I knew there was another dream waiting for me—one that blended creativity, hospitality, and my love for bringing people together.
I’ve been married to my husband for 30 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing children. Family, friendships, and celebrating life’s special moments have always been at the center of who I am.
Golden Hour Fizz was inspired by everything I love: refreshing drinks, California sunshine, breathtaking sunsets, and the carefree nostalgia of growing up in the ’80s. I wanted to create more than a beverage trailer—I wanted to create an experience. A place that instantly feels welcoming, joyful, and a little magical.
Whether we’re serving at a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or backyard celebration, my hope is that every guest walks away smiling, making memories, and already looking forward to their next sip.

Yes, the entire menu works for every guest and every age in the room. That makes us a natural fit for dry weddings, quinceañeras, church events, studio events and any celebration where you want one drink station that serves the whole room.
How much does a dirty soda trailer cost?
Packages start at $1,250 for smaller gatherings and scale by guest count and hours. Full pricing is published on our packages page, no need to email us to find out if we fit your budget.
How much space does the trailer need?
20’x10′ of flat ground, plus room to tow in and back out. We’re self-contained and run on our own power, so no outlet is required. Send us the venue and we’ll confirm access before you book.
Can we book you alongside our other vendors?
All the time. We coordinate with caterers, planners and venue staff as a matter of course, and we’re happy to work a service window around your timeline so we’re pouring when you want the crowd at the window.
How far do you travel from Burbank?
We serve Burbank and the surrounding LA area. The first 20 miles from Burbank are included; beyond that, travel is $3 per mile, and it’s always shown in your quote.
How far in advance should we book?
3 weeks is comfortable for most dates. Saturday weddings and quinceañera season book earliest, so reach out sooner if your date is fixed.
