Booking is a separate agreement
This site helps you learn about our services and ask for a quote. It is not a contract to provide an event. Your event is only booked once you sign our Event Service Agreement and pay the deposit. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed Event Service Agreement, the agreement wins.
Prices and availability
Prices on this site are starting prices. Your final price depends on your guest count, hours, location, and add-ons, and it will be spelled out in your quote before you book. We work hard to keep prices and details accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error, we’ll tell you before you book. Dates are not held until your booking is confirmed.
Our menu
Our menu, flavors, and toppings may change based on the season and what’s available. Photos on this site show examples of our drinks, and the drinks at your event may look a little different. Some drinks contain dairy, caffeine, or other common allergens. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs before your event, and ask us if you have questions about any ingredient.
Our content
Everything on this site, including our name, logo, photos, drink names, menu, and text, belongs to Golden Hour Fizz LLC or is used with permission. You’re welcome to view it and share links to it. Please don’t copy, reuse, or sell our content without our written permission.
Things you send us
If you send us photos, reviews, or ideas, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You also give us permission to use them to plan your event and, if you agree, to share them on our site or social media. We won’t post photos of your event if you ask us not to.
Using this site
Please don’t misuse this site. That means no trying to hack it, overload it, send spam through our forms, or use it for anything illegal.

Our quote form is provided by HoneyBook, and we link to our social media pages. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they work.
No guarantees about the site
We provide this site “as is.” We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Golden Hour Fizz LLC is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this site. This section covers the website only. Anything about your event is covered by your Event Service Agreement.

These terms follow the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
