Golden Hour Fizz is a mobile dirty soda trailer based in Burbank, California, operated by Golden Hour Fizz LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy explains what information we collect on goldenhourfizz.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: We collect what you tell us when you ask for a quote. If you allow it, we also collect basic information about how people use our site. We use it to plan your event and run our business. We don’t sell your information, and we never share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you ask for a quote, book with us, or reach out by phone, text, email, or social media, you may share:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your event date, event type, location or venue, and guest count
- Your budget range, flavor preferences, and any notes
- Any allergies or dietary needs you tell us about
- Any photos you choose to upload
Information collected automatically
If you accept cookies, our site and our partners collect your device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, the pages you visit, the site that sent you here, and whether you sent a quote request.
Information from others
Venues and planners who refer you to us may share your name and event details.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, send quotes, and plan and serve your event, including preparing drinks safely around allergies
- To send contracts and invoices and take payments
- To follow up about your event and, if you agree, send occasional updates
- To understand how people use our site so we can make it better
- To measure how our ads perform, only if you accept advertising cookies
- To keep our site secure and follow the law
Who we share it with
We only share information with companies that help us run our business:
- HoneyBook, for our quote form, contracts, invoices, and payments. Card payments are handled by HoneyBook’s payment system. We never see or store your full card number.
- Google, for site analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) and spam protection through reCAPTCHA. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ad measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies.
- Our website hosting provider and our email provider.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if our business is sold or transferred to a new owner. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and your choices
When you first visit our site, you can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing optional runs until you choose. You can change your mind any time using the cookie icon in the bottom corner of every page.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to advertising cookies. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and check the box to receive texts, we may text you about your quote and your event. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. You never have to agree to texts to book with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Photos from events
We sometimes take photos of our drink setup at events. How we use those photos is covered in your Event Service Agreement. Email us any time and we’ll take photos of your event off our site. We don’t post photos where a child can be identified without permission from a parent or guardian.
How long we keep it
If you ask for a quote but don’t book, we keep your information for up to 24 months. If you book with us, we keep your booking records for up to 7 years for tax and business records. After that, we delete it.
Keeping it safe
We use trusted service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send card numbers or other sensitive details by email or text.
Kids
Our site is for adults planning events. It is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you’re under 18, please have a parent or guardian send your quote request.
Your requests
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email us at kristin@goldenhourfizz.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we’ll reply within 45 days.
We don’t share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are big, we’ll say so here.
