Golden Hour Fizz LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website, plan an event, and book with us, including people with disabilities.

Our goal

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor or cognitive disabilities.

What we do

  • We use clear headings, readable text, and strong color contrast.
  • We add text descriptions to meaningful images.
  • We build pages that work with a keyboard and with screen readers.
  • We test our pages on phones, tablets, and computers.
  • We review the site when we add new pages.

Parts we don’t fully control

Our quote form is provided by HoneyBook, and some features come from other companies. We choose partners carefully, but we can’t change everything about how their tools work. If any part of our site gets in your way, you can always reach us directly and we’ll take care of your request.

Need help or want to book another way?

If something on our site doesn’t work for you, please let us know. We’ll help you get a quote or book your event by phone or email, and we’ll work to fix the problem.

Please tell us the page you were on and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Keep us honest

We know our site isn’t perfect, and we’re always working to make it better. We review this statement at least once a year.
