Hi, I'm Kristin, and this is my trailer.
Golden Hour Fizz is a mobile dirty soda trailer based in Burbank. I built it because I think the drink table deserves as much thought as everything else at a party, and because watching someone’s face when they get a drink built exactly how they wanted it never gets old.
How Golden Hour Fizz started
For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as an entertainment journalist, sharing stories and covering unforgettable moments. It’s been an incredible career, but deep down I knew there was another dream waiting for me, one that blended creativity, hospitality, and my love for bringing people together.
I’ve been married to my husband for 30 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing children. Family, friendships, and celebrating life’s special moments have always been at the center of who I am.
Golden Hour Fizz is a mobile dirty soda experience serving custom drinks for every guest with flavorful syrups, creamy cold foams, and fun toppings—all inspired by California sunsets, beach days, and nostalgic ’80s vibes.
Whether we’re serving at a wedding, birthday, corporate event, or backyard celebration, my hope is that every guest walks away smiling, making memories, and already looking forward to their next sip.

We serve Burbank and the surrounding LA area. The first 20 miles are included in every experience; beyond that we add $3 per mile, quoted up front.
